The Bobbie Ochoa Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Bobbie Ochoa, long time member of the Woodland Library Rose Club.  The Rose Club annually awards scholarships to local students for their higher education.  Your donation of $25 or more will specifically support this program. 

Here are the criteria for applicants:  They must be related to a Woodland Library Rose Club member who has

been in good standing for at least two years. They must reside in Yolo County.  They must be a graduating senior of a California High School with a current 3.0 grade point average or an enrolled Trade School, Junior College, or College student with a current 2.75 grade point average. The Applicant must be accepted at a college, junior college, or trade school. And lastly, Selection of scholarship recipients will be based on: academic record; participation in extra-curricular activities; moral character; and relationship to a current member of the Woodland Library Rose Club.
